Shipping policy

Shipping Policy Every Vellmont piece is made to order. Because no piece exists until you commission it, lead times are a function of the piece you choose and the materials specified.

Lead Times

  • The Riverside: 8 – 10 weeks from order confirmation.

  • The Madison: 10 – 12 weeks.

  • The Hamilton: 12 – 14 weeks.

  • The Astor: 16 – 20 weeks.

  • The Fifth Avenue (Bespoke): 24 – 36 weeks from signed drawings.

Your order confirmation will include the expected completion window for your specific piece. A Vellmont representative will contact you approximately two weeks before completion to schedule delivery.

Delivery All Vellmont pieces are delivered by a dedicated white-glove service, included in the purchase price at no additional cost. Our team will:

  • Deliver inside the home, to the room of installation

  • Unpack and inspect the piece in your presence

  • Assemble the piece in place (typically required for larger wardrobes)

  • Remove all packaging, dunnage, and debris

  • Walk through the finish, hardware, and interior fittings with you

Pieces are delivered Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time. Weekend or evening appointments are available by arrangement.

Service Area Vellmont currently ships to the contiguous United States only. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations may be arranged by private quotation. Contact us at support@vellmontstore.com or call +1 (601) 633-2831 for inquiries.

Damage and Acceptance Each piece is crated and delivered with protective materials. At delivery, our team will inspect the piece with you before leaving. If you identify any damage in transit or any defect in workmanship at the time of delivery, the piece will be remanufactured or repaired at our expense.

For damage discovered after delivery, please notify us within 30 days at support@vellmontstore.com or +1 (601) 633-2831. We will arrange inspection and remedy at no cost to you.

Changes and Cancellation Because every Vellmont is made to order, cancellations are accepted only within 14 days of order confirmation. After 14 days, the piece has entered production and may not be cancelled.

Wood species, finish, and interior fitting changes may be requested within the first 30 days of order, subject to material availability. Please contact support@vellmontstore.com.
