Every Vellmont fixture is handcrafted to order in our California studio and shipped with the same care we put into building it.
Processing
Orders typically leave our studio within 3–5 business days of being placed. You'll receive a tracking email the moment your piece is on the move.
Free White-Glove Delivery (US)
All orders within the contiguous United States ship free via insured carrier. Larger fixtures are sent with white-glove handling at no additional cost.
Estimated Delivery Times
- West Coast — 2–4 business days
- Central US — 3–5 business days
- East Coast — 4–6 business days
International Orders
We currently ship within the United States only. International availability is coming soon — sign up for our list to be the first to know.
Damaged in Transit
Every fixture is double-boxed and fully insured. If anything arrives less than perfect, email us at info@vellmont.comm within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement on us.
