Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Standard orders ship within 2–3 business days from our California warehouse. Most addresses in the contiguous U.S. arrive in 5–7 business days. Larger pieces (Halo Floor Lamp, Orbit Pendant) ship via white-glove freight and may take 10–14 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over $100 ship free. Orders over $2,000 include white-glove delivery and unboxing service.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is rolling out in late 2026.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be in original packaging. Return shipping is free.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Every Vellmont lamp is covered by our lifetime craftsmanship warranty — if anything wears, breaks, or fails (wiring, finishes, hardware), we repair or replace it at no cost. Damage from misuse, modification, or accidents is not covered.

Product Care

How do I clean my lamp?
Wipe brass and steel with a dry microfiber cloth. For ceramic and glass, use a soft damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.

What bulbs should I use?
Each product page lists the recommended bulb type and wattage. We strongly recommend dimmable LED bulbs at 2700K–3000K for the warmest, most flattering light.

Orders & Payment

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not yet shipped. Email info@vellmont.com within 24 hours of ordering.

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
